About the owner and the company
Alex has been an independent insurance agent/broker since 2009 and is a graduate of SUNY Albany. Alex also studied abroad in South America for a year, as a Rotary Foreign Exchange student, gaining valuable language and cultural knowledge. This experience along with 23 years of business management experience has given Alex a unique world view, and broad business acumen. He is a real estate investor as well, who owns several real estate investment companies, adding to his ability to advise other investors and business owners operating portfolios and businesses related to real estate. Alex works specifically in the area of risk mitigation through proper entity structuring and liability enhancement through coverage. He has written thousands of insurance policies with many insurance carries, always striving to find the best fit for coverage and price. He regularly attends insurance conferences locally and in other states to stay versed in the ever-changing insurance market. He holds insurance licenses in 8 states across the US.
Today as the Principal / President of StoneBuilt Insurance Agency Inc, Alex is poised to deliver on our agency's promise of quality coverage, professionalism, and a detailed oriented approach to insurance policy review. We believe strongly in working closely with professional associations, like the Capital Region Real Estate Investors Association CRREIA, NYS Veterinary Medical Society and others. We work hard to protect and support the local, regional, and statewide businesses that are the backbone of our economy.
